As a person who lives with chronic pain and an invisible disability, I want to show and create a space where you can find joy in movement and learn to build a relationship with your body again. These classes focus on embodiment, cultivating healthy stress in the body, utilizing your breath for physiological stress management, and gently stretching all parts of the body. We work in the parameters of neuroplasticity to decrease the chronic pain intensity pathways in our brain and address constrictions whether permanent of temporary in our body wide fascial net to help decrease inflammation, reduce postural compensations, and keep our lymphatic fluid flowing.
