You borrow a good physique and pay for it everyday through discipline in exercise, nutrition, and recovery.

No matter how great your shape is, if you don’t stay disciplined, you will lose it over time.

You can see my example in the two pictures above. In the last two months, I ate junk food almost every day, and you can see how it has affected my body composition. Not only have I gained fat, but I’ve also noticed other changes—I’ve started getting pimples, my digestion isn’t great, and I feel like lying in bed all day. One reason for this is definitely poor food choices, and the other is a high body fat percentage.

If you are someone with a high body fat percentage, you will realize that your body gives you signs that may make you feel unwell or as if something is wrong. If this is happening to you, it’s a sign that you should start working on improving your fitness.

We still have a long way to go, but I wanted to share this with you all. I’m sure we’ll learn a lot from this journey.
