Good Morning, Friends! I have spent the past week traveling about as I have taken on some odd jobs helping a few friends of mine get ready for the fast approaching tourist season. I was hoping to return home in time to put together a short video for you this week, however I am still on the road. I will attempt to put together a video for release this weekend and hope you enjoy these pictures of some of the sights I have been able to experience this past week.
Update: The video is finally uploaded! Thanks again for your patience. Hope you enjoy the video. π€πΊπ
Update: I think I have identified the issue with the upload and corrected it. A fourth attempt at uploading this week's video is now in process and seems to be moving along at a much faster rate. That said this week's video should be available in a few hours. YAY! π
Original Post @ 7am AKST: This week's video is delayed... I am on my third attempt to upload the video, which is uploading at a rate between 1 & 3% per hour. The video is nearly 30 minutes long. The first attempt {started uploading early Wednesday) would be just about finished uploading if the upload had not stalled all together. π£ So be on the lookout for a new video as it might release tomorrow π€ or the next day. I apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. - Alone & Kenai π€πΊπ
I am a woman living solo in a remote area of Alaska. My cabin overlooks 13+ million uninhabited acres of the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, which borders an additional 5.4 million acres of the Kluane National Park and Reserve in Canada. My nearest neighbors are the grizzlies and moose that use my property as a highway system, and the closest human neighbors are miles away. In fact, I live hundreds of miles away from a major city.
If you have ever dreamed of leaving it all behind and moving to some secluded neck of the woods, now YOU CAN! ...live vicariously through this channel... that is. Be sure to subscribe so you have all of my adventures and wildlife encounters delivered directly to you!
*NOTICE: Packages accepted from April 1st to October 1st. Packages received after Oct. 1st will be refused and returned to sender, as I am an unable to reach the Post Office during the winter months. Thank you - Alone
