Well, yesterday Doja Cat and I did something new! We went to our first OPEN ALL BREED HORSE SHOW!!!! Hey needless to say, we got 5th in one of the shows! I am so proud of Doja Cat. I apologize I don’t have any photos, and you know that I wore my Sundial Show Clothing!!!!!!

I especially have to thank Kiley Papka for encouraging me to do something absolutely new!🥰🥰🥰. I also need to thank Heather Morebeck for being there and her positivity that couldn’t turn my frown upside down! Than, having my mama show up and Heather’s mama Kate Salsman being there too and helping me when I tripped out of the trailer into a gopher hole 🤣🤣🤣🤣, thank goodness for great mamas!
Now that I know what this game is all about, Doja Cat and I have new goals, and I love that we have new aspirations. Back to the drawing board, I know Doja and I can do it, we have eachother to become great!
I am so so so proud Doja Cat , I knew she was the mare that I thought could attend this show, a newbie with a newbie. I got to use gear on her made by CountrychicLeathers tripping collar for the first time on her. I bought it years ago and I am grateful I finally used it on this fabulous mare!!!
I am blessed to have great friends and great horses. Thank goodness for great horses 🥰🥰🥰

Doja Cat’s wall of Fame!!! “The horse embodies the wings a person feels inside”. Whenever I ride Doja that is how I always felt. I bought this photo during a sad time and this photo made me cry happy tears. It was always enlightened me and think of some of the happiest moments in my life happen with my horses. Little did I know then, that I was manifesting Doja Cat. Now I decorate the inspirational photo with her ribbons. I am so proud of her, I love her so much and I am blessed that she loves me so much! Thank You Jen for believing in Little Annie and I bond and love. Little Annie aka Doja Cat we also call her Little Doja has enlightened the whole family and ranch with how remarkable she is.🥰🥰🥰🥰

My girl Ldoddphotography out did herself again! I will be purchasing soon, but the first ever photos of Doja Cat and I racing and Of course Maui Zaui and I running at the same event was epic!
I am so blessed that I have mares who are just as competitive as I am!
Can we appreciate how happy Doja Cat looks?! She handled the competition with a breeze, and we are only a few steps away from get our speed under control.
In less than 6 months of Pwning Doja Cat, here she is running a run under competitive stressors and doing it with a smile!
Maui Zaui and I are just getting our groove back after some time, so we are fine tuning our racing. Becoming ourselves again.
I believe that when you are competing with your horse, you are competing with a partner. And if they want that W as much as you, you already have an unbeatable team!

From one tired soul to another, this is how I found my drive and kept moving, even tired.
From Baby Maui, to the Beast she is today. She has always made me want to be a better horsewoman. When I first saw her born, I was a manger at a ranch down the street. We were invited up to see the new foal. When I saw her with her Big mama, I said to my self “…maybe someday I will have a filly as pretty as her, and as good as her mama…”. A few months go by, the ranch up from the barn I was managing, the house caught fire and SPCA was coming in to take the 14 horses including 2 baby Paint horses. Well, I go up there, I see Maui & Mo in the back corral, with NO WATER & NO FOOD. I saw how skinny they were and as they approached me I cried. I hugged the babies and I said I am getting you out of here. Next thing I knew, I Grabbed my mama, trotted two new babies down to the barn into the quarantine area. Made a deal with SPCA and the owner, for. $400 for both, mostly for Mo because he has papers. And the babies came home to their always and forever home.
We knew what was to come of Mo, I mean look at him, Maui was always the unknown. I did everything to keep her around, and I am so glad that that I did.
When it came to life decisions, she was my main factor. I hold a higher standard of living to her than me. If I knew the decision was not right for her, it DEFINETLY was not right for me. She saved my life, literally. Now I have my girl back, through the power of LOVE we have always been there for eachother. I am forever grateful for my Pinto Mare, I can’t wait for the next chapter of our life! I got her at 6 months old and she is now 13, she brought back my solid mare that I loss. She will always be my main mare, who has taken me places I only imagined, has proven to me who I really am. She has given courage and guided others what the game is about! I couldent ask for a more all around mare and she is absolutely georgous! ❤️❤️❤️ #horsegirl #hearthorse #barrelhorse #horsemanship #horselife
