I am James MacInnis, a classically trained chef. I attended Fanshaw collage in London Ontario Canada. I completed a 6000 hour apprenticeship to earn a cooks red seal. I completed a second 2000 hour for the Chef certification.
I have been the Chef at Casa Bella on the Thames for over 15 years, and a minority owner for the last 6 years of this popular restaurant.
I have a small family, with my wife by my side as an incredible partner and two young boys that look up to me.
