Hi everyone! I just posted a video from my first ever series called "Ambivert Diaries." Ambivert means having a balance of both introvert and extrovert qualities. Ever since quarantine, I discovered so many parts of myself that was tucked away in the shadows. It made me realize that theres so much within us all that is waiting to be seen. In this "shadow" I was able to find parts of myself that were very introverted. All my life, my extroverted personality really took front and center but as soon as we met this introverted side, It made me a little uncomfortable. Over time this side of myself grew on me as I began to accept it with open arms. I found more balance and authenticity in my life after this discovery but I can't say it didn't cause some confusion of my identity. I was no longer the extreme extrovert and I surely am not extremely introverted. A few months passed and that discomfort decided to stick with me until I stumbled upon the word ambivert. After looking into it, I felt relived and understood because I deeply resonated with it. For this series I hope to showcase the duality of these co-existing within myself and to call upon all the ambiverts!
