Do you know what sex appeal is?

It's such an abstract subject that whenever I think I have a working definition, and I try to grab onto it, it disappears like smoke.

After thinking about this for a very long time, I came to the conclusion that it's easier to define sex appeal by what it's NOT rather than what it is.

That's because inherently, sex appeal is subjective and context-dependent.

What one person finds appealing in one country, another can find grotesque.

But first, what do we even mean when we say something has sex appeal?

My definition of sex appeal is when a person, based on the synergy of their appearance, energy, status, and personality, triggers an instinctive and primal attraction in others.

I definitely don't mean for this section to be mean, but if we're being real, when I think of what is extremely sexually unappealing, I think of memes making fun of the typical Reddit/Discord mod archetype.

This is basically the anchor I use to determine what is sexually unappealing. It's obviously not scientifically rigorous in any way, but I feel like it's a good barometer.

What makes this archetype so unappealing?

There are a few things.

- Poor hygiene
- Lack of confidence
- Social awkwardness
- False sense of superiority
- Sedentary lifestyle

But is the opposite of all these things what gives someone sex appeal?

I don't think so.

These are basically barriers in place that potentially gatekeeps you from having sex appeal, but fixing them doesn't give you sex appeal.

It just let's you enter the arena.

Hairstyles right now are all about letting your natural texture shine through.

This means slightly longer, healthier hair that's still purposefully styled and cut, but looks much more natural.

It's crazy the amount of guys that think they have naturally flat, lifeless hair but with some lifestyle and product changes, they figure out that they've always had amazing hair with really cool texture.

They just needed to unlock it.

Some of the reasons that might be holding your hair back:

- You wash it too often: quite literally a lot of guys will see a huge transformation in their hair when they start washing it less often and let the natural oils give their hair shine, texture and moisture.

- Hard water: If you live in an area with hard water, it could be a huge culprit in weighing down your hair, stripping it and making it flat and feel like straw.

- Vitamin D deficiency: a lot of people are Vitamin D deficient and you need it to create strong, healthy and full hair.

- You're thinning: one of the first signs of male patterned baldness is a change in the texture of your hair. Wavy hair turns straight and more flat before it shrinks up and disappears.

- You're using the wrong products: whether it's the wrong shampoo or styling products, this can weight down and dry out your hair.

It can also do the opposite, some products can completely transform your hair to look amazing.

Shameless plug: flow serum + sea salt spray is an insane combo if you want that moisturized, healthy, wavy hair look.

Anyway,

Just a little random hair post.

If you haven't already, check out our latest video with Andrew, it's amazing.

The release of the RateByFresh app has been a huge success.

I got a ton of valuable feedback from you guys, and I'm here to announce some major updates.

1) We've just released the color analyzer feature.

What this does is extract your skintone, undertone, eye color and hair color from an image, and recommends you the colors that would work best for you and the colors you should avoid.

2) We've implemented a promo code feature.

With this, I can give out promo codes and let you gets try out features for FREE!

If you want to use the AI face rater:

a) Download the app (iOS only for now): ratebyfresh.com/

b) Enter promo code: Fresh

3) We are working on releasing an Android version. This takes time, so please be patient.

4) Some sick features incoming soon.

Codenames: Dimorphic and Dream Body.

You're going to love them.

For everyone that gives the app a try using the promo code, let me know how it goes in the comments below.

The biggest change I've seen in men's style (be it clothes or hair) over the last 5-10 years is attempting to look attractive, without looking like you're trying to look attractive.

Here's what I mean.

A few years ago, it was all about sharp fades, clean lines on beards and well put together outfits that were almost skin tight.

Every aspect was done on purpose to convey the fact that you're trying very hard to look good.

Now? It's the era of "Ironic" attractiveness.

Disheveled hairstyles, baggier fits, mustaches and mullets.

Everything gives this air of nonchalance, even though you're very purposefully and meticulously crafting the vibe.

Our next video is going to go into this much more in-depth, it's super interesting.

Stay tuned.

A few months ago as I was mindlessly scrolling through shorts, I came across one where a guy was promoting and using a "looksmaxxing" app.

This was pretty intriguing, the app claimed to be using AI to give you an objective attractiveness rating.

My curiosity got the best of me and I downloaded / purchased the app.

I was not impressed. The app seemed clunky, the rating it gave you seemed random / inaccurate and it lacked any meaningful features.

I thought to myself, I can create something better, and that's what I've been doing for the last month or two.

I was so serious about it that I even bought a Mac.

Well, it's time I released the app. I soft launched it in a recent video, but this is the first real announcement.

The app is now on the Apple app store: www.ratebyfresh.com/

Right now it has 3 features - a face rating / analyzer, skin analyzer and hair analyzer.

I'm already working on the next feature that I think will blow your minds.

I want to keep working on it, improving it and making it the best app on the market.

Here is where I want some feedback from you guys.

1) What other features would you want to see on an app like this?

2) Does the pricing / monetization seem fair to you? This is to offset server, API and development costs.

3) How accurate is the app?

4) How easy to use is the interface?

5) Do you want to see the app on Android?

6) Should I work on a way to earn free tokens to use the app?

Thanks guys,

<3

The irony of life: you attract what you wanted once you no longer need it

You get opportunities once you are already wealthy

You learn much faster once you are already skilled

You connect meaningfully with others once you are already loved

The more you have, the more you get.

Feng Shui is real, and it can really enhance your life:

Delete photos, delete apps, delete contacts…

Stop following people you don’t talk to (using socials for leisure)…

Give clothing away, rearrange your furniture;

Organize your life so you can think clearer…

It only takes one “bad day” to ruin a great relationship, gamble away all your money, get a big injury and lifelong health issues, say something hurtful that you can never take back out of anger:

If you want the good things in your life to last, you need emotional stability.
