Richmond Cricket Club was founded in 1862 and remains as one of London's largest and most successful amateur cricket clubs.
We were one of the founder members of the Shepherd Neame Middlesex County Cricket League and currently have five mens League XIs playing throughout the season on a Saturday. On Sundays our Woman's team plays, in addition to 3 cup competitions, development league cricket and social friendlies that the men play in. There is cricket for all ages and abilities at Richmond.
The Club has one of London's largest Junior sections with almost 450 youngsters, between the ages of 6 and 18. Competitive fixtures are staged for Under 17, Under 15, Under 13, Under 12, Under 11 and Under 10s but there is very much an emphasis on everyone having to chance to play and enjoy the game.
