Girl Loves Me – she keeps me alive,
trapped in the labyrinth of furrows in the tree bark, clinging onto myopic lights with an immutable radius.
Is Bowie watching? Even dancing?
Only if I become someone different will I know who I’ve been. Such puny ants, living in a butchery
and sitting in a chestnut tree. watch video on watch page

This is the world of Torso
my new record will be released on Nov 22
It feels like letting go of a secret • This is a different kind of cheating - not just one cover interwoven within my own songs as I did in the past, but a full-on covers record, an advanced stage of blurred self
can you see it? A hole in a hole •
in spaces and faces
It can be both marvelous and frightening to enter those rooms, to open those fully furnished places of other souls, study every component, see what it does - change a spot or an angle, put words from strangers into one's mouth, tell my story within the shape of others, a house built by someone else
holding, being held; taking, being taken; leading, being led by a stranger's hand •
There have been bumps along the way - perhaps one day I will reach a point where I can tell you more about it •
Thank you to my beautiful, beloved friend and artist Christian Schlager, and his crew from EXEX, who designed and directed this beautiful artwork. Thank you Joshua Alena, who created the digital art •

My new single • Mystery Of Love • is out now
