This mini Cuerda Seca vase was made with a white stoneware clay. I then applied two coats of Mayco white speckled engobe at greenware stage. I then painted using my Cuerda Seca technique on bisque ware using oils and black iron oxide for the line work and @MaycoColors Stroke And Coat for the glazes. The speckles shows through the glazes!🙏🏻❤️

Ceramic artist working mostly with porcelain.
I started in this wonderful creative journey in 2011 and never looked back. It was love at first touch!😄
I create carved, painted, altered nature inspired porcelain and stoneware pieces. I’ve moved to Winder Georgia in August 2021 and built a new pottery studio, where I teach workshops.
My goal is to be able to inspire others and bring joy through my art.
