@ALs-Outdoors after inspecting these 9mm shot shells, they seem to be in perfect condition. Not really sure why they tested poorly for me.

Hello! This is Uncle Buck from the Backwoods Hillbilly Fishing with Bubba and Uncle Buck channel. I decided to make a new channel, because I am able to go out fishing more than Bubba is able to, so I'm leaving the Backwoods channel for when we can actually hit the water together.
