Finally getting some things done this week. I have been missing my garden so much so at the new house I got my fabric set out and one of my raised beds put together. Hoping to have six out here, but Iāll need to get a fence around it for the deer. We also got some new furniture, a couch and our kitchen table and barstools. The grandkids are trying out the new bench for the kitchen table, and I think itās a hit!

I have a sink! And also new outlets with usb and lights! Hopefully I can use my kitchen soon and start making videos in my new kitchen ā¤ļø

We are still living in the basement without an oven, but that didnāt stop me from making the best ribs! I cooked them in the crockpot until they were done and then I finished them in the air fryer and brushed them with some barbecue sauce and they were amazing!

This is a great way to use up those leftover hamburgers and make a whole different meal! This was so good and only took a few minutes to put together! This is the quickest weeknight dinner ever!

This gnat trap works every time! Anytime I have fruit I get so many gnats but this always catches them and everything I got was what I already had in my kitchen

We are still living in the basement waiting for everything to be painted, but we are enjoying our new little granddaughter and hanging out by the pool. Iām also doing lots of landscaping. The lady that lived here before sure loved hostas and I have been sharing them with others and sold a few and made a good bit of extra money to buy more plants and veggies. I donāt have a lot of room for a garden, but Iām going to have some raised beds and I have some in pots. I have missed sharing videos and hopefully I will get a couple out soon!

We are in full remodel model mode Doug is tearing down the spindle wall and taking down the doors from the cabinets and the doors from the hallway and they are going to be painted this week. It is an adventure living in the basement. We donāt have access to the stove so we have an air fryer and we also have a refrigerator downstairs. We are eating sandwiches for the next couple days, but hopefully I can figure out some meals that we can make downstairs. I have all of my home canned items and a hot plate so hopefully I can figure it out hopefully we wonāt be here too much longer. Luckily, we have a friend that is helping us paint so we can save on the flooring and getting a new roof on the house. Canāt wait to share the journey but first I have to find my laptop it is in a box somewhere lol

My local Family Dollar store with a Dollar Tree is going out of business and they have everything 50% off. A year or two ago I wouldāve jumped in my car to go buy everything I could see. Iāve learned my lesson and I wish I had back all the money that I spent on these items That thing that I saw someone on YouTube buy and turned it into this cool product is now sitting in my garage or in a pile waiting to be taken to Goodwill. Iām in a new season in life. I now have a mortgage again moving into a new house and trying to go through everything that Iāve accumulated in 30 years of living here. Iāve stopped just randomly buying groceries paying hundreds of dollars I put it in my buggy and not having a plan just buying it because Itās on sale are long gone. I canāt wait to start sharing videos about saving money on groceries making more things from scratch and living a more simple but abundant life without spending a lot of money!
