The last two years I haven't uploaded very much partially because of reasons I've already stated and others I won't go into, but I've always tried to make it a tradition to review horror movies and stream scary games (currently on twitch) throughout October. Due to a combination of the-universe-is-laughing-at-me timed sickness, soon to be expected death in the family, and a variety of other things, all I have is half a script and less time than I would usually have to work on them (I start these in late August/September for a reference point). I might miss a few streams (no big deal), but I'll also miss my annual weekly horror movie review block. I'll push those into November with the goal of putting a video out every other week.

Wanna know what movies I'm going to review now or should I surprise you as they come out?

So I went to continue a barely-started script that I've been sitting on for a while and my computer has decided that the hard drive for my YouTube stuff doesn't exist anymore. Not that it has errors or it's breaking down, it's just vanished and is no longer recognized, both in windows and BIOS, for you computer savvy people. I've tried some things like changing cables, using a different data port, etc, and the only thing I haven't tried yet is installing it in a different computer which I will do tomorrow sometime.

This hard drive contained every video I've ever made, the project files for them (so I could re-edit things if I wanted), and most importantly, partially finished scripts and notes. The most relevant of these is all seasons of Breaking Down Breaking Bad since I had notes on every episode of every season and was just about to start working on Season 3 (with a couple paragraphs-long script that I won't miss).

If my other computer won't recognize it, I'll look into data recovery, how much that costs, and how reliable it is. I can still make more videos, but for Breaking Bad I'll have to re-rewatch it as I screen record every episode off Netflix, plus make notes on every episode, basically redoing all the work that took up a ton of time for season 3 and up.

Besides that, expect other videos on a bimonthly schedule. Fortunately, my list of ideas was on Evernote so I could jot them down on a browser or my phone if I was in a random place.

Wish my hard drive luck on my other computer as I dig it out and brush off the dust.

Didn't watch this show (yet) so take The Dragon's Treasure's word for it and check out their other videos while you're at it.

Still trying to figure out my merch situation, I found a site and did all of the setup but my channel logo got rejected for "copyright." Great details, guys. Nice to see that the 100% baseless copyright situation is spreading. Anyway, it looks like it's going to be a while.

Does anyone actually read this page?

Hardware and software technical problems combined, along with power outages and a ton of snow to shovel leading to horrible back pain brings an inevitable delay...here's a hint of what's to come next week.
