Sometimes you just have to do something different to keep the creative juices flowing.
And along with that it's a good thing to be able to leave your comfort zone to avoid becoming stagnant. Both of these things happened when I shot my look at the Hyundai Ioniq 6, as I decided to stray from the usual and do the majority of the review in song. A little carpool karaoke using a rewritten version of Alanis Morissette's "Ironic" is the baseline of the video and I hope you'll watch and share your thoughts of it as well. Enjoy!

The 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander made its world premiere a week ago in Chicago. This past week just before the Canadian International Autoshow in Toronto began, Toyota invited journalists to a special event to get their first look at the new, larger 3 row SUV that offers more 3rd row space compared to the Highlander and 3 powertrains including 2 hybrids. I was able to shoot a walkaround video with a product specialist from Toyota and I invite you to check it out before the vehicle arrives in dealerships across North America this summer!

Back in September I spent 5 days in Vietnam, visiting the headquarters of Vinfast, but also getting a chance to visit different parts of the country. I also saw first hand how one corporation, Vinfast parent company the Vingroup can have such an important role in the rapid growth an advancement of the Vietnamese economy.

After 5 years of being absent, Toyota has reintroduced the Venza to its crossover line up. But it's now a hybrid only and Toyota feels that will be able to pull away buyers considering the Nissan Murano or the Ford Edge. What do you think?

I'm still producing new videos with the cars I'm able to access for reviews. I've just uploaded my 10 Things to Know video about the first ever Hyundai Venue, the newest of a long list of sub-compact SUV's we'll see on the market in the next short while.
