Let's talk about self-sustainable filmmaking.
The Concept is simple. The investment that comes in, is diversified through a Return of Investment Strategy that starts working during Pre-Production. This ensures the film can start generating revenue all throughout Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production.

Not to mention, that when the film is completed it will enter the Distribution cycle with Revenue and Traction Data.

Building an audience and revenue streams for your film production before its release is a great way to improve your negotiations when talking to distributors.

The philosophy is based on seeing your film as a Cultural Asset.
Your film is not something you should be "selling". It's an appreciating asset that serves as a Cashflow Machine.

Look at your project with 3 Categories in Mind:

Digital Assets
Physical Assets
Cultural Assets

If this is something you're interested in or have questions about, don't hesitate to leave a comment below. I'm more than happy to answer your questions :)

All the best and happy filmmaking!

Today we're looking at an important step in realistic screen replacement:

Making your cg screen look believable.

Would love to hear your thoughts on realism in cg.

Have a great and productive week!
