Dolly Parton’s 5-Ingredient Casserole. It’s like deconstructed meatloaf with potatoes. I used a can of diced tomatoes & a smaller can of diced tomatoes with green chili. Also, I used garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, cumin & pepper as my spices. I never add salt to my cooking as it is in most food including the diced tomatoes.

This weekend we’re heading back to San Diego. What should we do while there?

Exploring the world one cruise ship, one airplane, one car ride at a time while dealing with a chronic debilitating illness. Sometimes we are just locals living and playing in Vegas. We’ll try to give you a glimpse into our lives.
We are Ralph and Rita. We bicker, roll our eyes and laugh as we explore this planet. I (Rita) have Meniere’s Disease among other invisible disabilities, so we are learning to rest on the bad days and live on the good days and sometimes the so-so days.
I’ll be sharing photo compilations & videos of our pets.
