I have spent more than a decade practicing Yoga, finding the classes and teachers that work for me (and the ones that really don't!). I've clocked up thousands of hours of teaching classes, workshops and retreats, with 500+ hours of training with some of the world's leading Yoga teachers.
All of this has allowed me to develop a style of teaching that welcomes the weird, accepts your practice wherever it may be, and pays deep homage to Yoga's roots.
At the heart of everything I do is acceptance, appreciation and a very deep love for Yoga.
