Dear VIP’s, Subscribers, and Community Members,
I am really pleased to announce that during 2025, we will be travelling around many places. I have some very big announcements. In June, we are going to Northern New South Wales, to Tweed Heads, Kingscliff, Fingal Heads, Murwillumbah, and Mullumbimby.
Another really big announcement that I can make is that we will be going to Northern Tropical Queensland on Carnival Cruise to Airlie Beach and Cairns. These are some really great opportunities for the Sushi Guy 51 YouTube Channel.
In Northern New South Wales, we will be exploring small towns and their history. We will be looking at the beach and doing walks. In Northern Queensland, we will be cruising and we will be at the beach on the Tropics looking at the wildlife.
We might even meet people and residents along the way. The purpose of us going to these places on the Sushi Guy 51 YouTube Channel is to provide great opportunities for us all. I am looking to visiting these places representing the Sushi Guy 51 YouTube Channel. I know that we have so much more to look forward to.

Dear VIP’s, Subscribers, and Community Members,
Welcome to 2025. I hope that everyone had a wonderful christmas with their families and a lovely start to the New Year. Thank you all for your patience while I was on break.
This year as we know for YouTube will be a very big year as we mark the 20th Anniversary for YouTube and the 10th Anniversary of YouTube Kids. This year, I will be talking with other YouTubers from other YouTube Channels, and many people in our community.
We are going to go straight to work, as I am really concerned for the Sushi Guy 51 YouTube Channel right now. In the last 3 months, we have lost well over 50 subscribers and viewers on videos are going down. It is up to all of us now on how we contribute. I will be working very hard on the Sushi Guy 51 YouTube Channel as the CEO to get more people involved and more people to subscribe.
My VIP Team and I have made some new safety rules this year. A day that is going to be more than 32 Degrees, filming is to be called off for the day and filming day to be postponed to another day. Unless if filming is inside with air conditioned, filming day can still go on. I want all of my subscribers to be safe, the sun is dangerous. I do say to everyone in their own time and not on the Sushi Guy 51 YouTube Channel, If you going out on a very hot day, make sure that you drink plenty of water and stay hydrated, wear a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. If going to the beach particarly, make sure that you have sunscreen all cover up before swimming. Slip, Slop, Slap.
Australians of the Year for 2024, Prof Richard Scolyer and Prof Georgina Long are professionals and know all about how the sun can be unsafe, you can follow them to get better advice. Even the former Chief Health Officer, now the Governor of Queensland, Dr Jeannette Young who has been a Doctor for many years and the Former Queensland Health Minister, Shannon Fentiman know how important it is to look after your health and wellbeing. I have been watching all 4 for them for many years, and I thought that this is a common sense rule to put in place. Please be sun safe this summer, I do not want to see anyone get skincancer or heatstroke.
Expectations do still stay the same. On the Sushi Guy 51 YouTube Channel, I will not tolerate any kind of bullying and rudeness. Swearing and rude words are not acceptable. Any kind of discrimination, recism, sexism, and judging someone else for who they are, If you are caught doing this, you are in deep trouble. Unfortunately in the past year, I have had to have a chat with a few people not following the rules. Some have been banned. I want everyone to feel comfortable and safe. I am confident that people will follow all of the rules this year.
I do read every comment on every video. I have had a few complaints by a few people that I don’t respond to their comment or a message. Please know that I am as the CEO very busy running the Sushi Guy 51 YouTube Channel, and I do not have the time to respond to comments. I will always appreciate nice comments and messages, even if I don’t reply. Any comments that are offensive to others or are rude, I will be following it up as always.
We have a big year to look forward in 2025, and I look forward for the many more futures generations to come.

Today I announce that from today my title of my role on the Sushi Guy 51 YouTube Channel will be changing and my name to. My Title Role will now be called (CEO) Chief Executive Officer & YouTuber. My name will now be Matthew J Ramm. No longer called the Executive YouTuber & President and no longer Matthew James Ramm.
I am still the same person, same role, and same work and duties, Just change of titles, that is all it is. My Sincere Apologies, I have changed my mind that I have decided to begin my holiday off YouTube now and I will be back with the first video next month on the 3rd of February, Monday 2024. My break will no longer be in March/April, my Sincere Apologies for any Inconvience.
