TAKING BACK 25 ....This is a journey starting on my 49th birthday.. the goal is to document the progress till I turn 50!! I want to share my goals and my struggles and create a discussion with others going through their 40's and reaching 50 feeling like they are 25 again. Fitness and overall healthy choices will be discussed and new awareness of so many things we often over look. My back ground is not a fitness leader just someone who has enjoyed fitness for the most part of my adult years. I want to be more accountable to myself and doing this hopefully inspiring others to do the same.
