My name is Kannan Sundararajan, a.k.a Coach Kay. I've been a learner throughout my life. I found happiness in sharing what I have learned in my schools, my engineering & software industry stints and through my experiences by playing various leadership roles. Now, as an entrepreneur I've been in the process of building a world around me through my Ultramarathon events, and a fitness, running & lifestyle coach.
I started this channel to express my ideas and thoughts, my creations, key milestones in my life, and some interesting life lessons through short stories. I'll also be interviewing people who had inspired me in my life. Through this channel I would like to help many others help and pursue an active and a confident lifestyle, and provoke a positive change.
