Sorry no video today. Even doing a software video was going to be a task.
I spent the week working on walking with the air cast(boot) and then going to a brace.
That wore me out but it is going good.
Hoping to be back at the lathe soon.
Thanks to all of you who have stuck with me. It is hard for me not to get of something out on Fridays.
I know I have not missed many.

Sorry to say there will be no video today. I have mentioned lately that I have things going on and need to do simple turnings for awhile.
To start with I am fine and the issue has been taken care of but I will need to take it easy for a week or so.
Without going into a lot of details because it will sound a lot worse than it ended up being I have had some urinary track bleeding. After a number of scans they found a couple stones and I had those removed a week ago.
Yesterday I had a follow up visit and all is looking good.
Very painful so I will give things a rest and be back in a week.
The issue is holding the gouge against my side would not feel so good right now.
I already have a piece picked out to do and yes it will be easy but it will also be very cool.
So hang in there I will be back to my normal turnings very soon.
