I will be making a more official announcement about this tomorrow or Sunday on my main channel.
Blair (iilluminaughtii) and I have mutually agreed to re-entered mediation, this time with a professional third party.
This will be December 3rd, so whether or not the lawsuit concludes will more than likely be determined on this date.
I will not have any official update or major information drops until after mediation, but I am crossing my fingers this can come to a close soon, as this has cost nearly 80k in legal expenses so far.
Until then, the main channel will likely be returning to a regular schedule, as I miss making goofy light hearted content.

Not a fun update, but another 8k+ 2 week invoice for the legal. (More on Twitter and The gofund me)
As a quick explanation as to what's been going on:
I've been focusing more on the day to day of my second channel, as its been allowing me to pay my monthly bills and expenses. (The main hope being that it will eventually make enough to help alleviate legal fees, and take stress off of the go fund me amount to help the money go further.)
There have also been a few legal processes that I have received extensions on, as well as need to make sure everything is (somewhat) clear.
Because of this, my focus has been on my second channel, as I don't want to be in the same position as last year where I was actively ignoring income sources to focus on the Blair situation, putting me in a few financially tricky months.
I am still actively working on part two, but my focus has been more on the daily uploads on my second channel.
I would also like to note for those of you who have been messaging me over the last few months regarding publicly speaking on legal matters, I recognize that publicizing details in 99% of cases is far from recommended, however, in a case like this, if I hadn't, I would not have the financial means to even come close to fighting this.

It's far from the usual chaos I normally bring to the table, but if you enjoy that narration style of content, boy do I have news for you. (The main channel will continue posting its regular form of content).
