Motivation πͺπ» better me πͺπ»πͺπ» I can do this. I don't want to lose weight, or rather, lose weight. I want to be strict and healthy. I love my curves. I'm almost 60 years old, I need to keep my body and mind healthy. I love feeling my heart beating fast after training. I can't do much impact with my legs because my right foot is flattening and so is my spine. I want to be happy and joyful. Enjoying each workout makes life much better.
