Hey friends, a little update on Maliyah, she just turned 8 months on the 7th. She is crawling everywhere now, she is very curious, and VERY quick, so she can be a lot to keep up with. She’s been saying mama for 2 months now, and she has also said “no!” (Once or twice). She has 4 teeth, she’s rather heavy, and she loves to join me on a walk in her stroller. Being outdoors always soothes her. You should also know that she laughs often, and she gets talkative from time to time. ❤️

Hey friends! Quick check in, so baby girl is 4 months now, she’s happy, healthy and so advanced 🩷
I have thought about returning with a life update vlog because there’s quite a bit on my heart but I don’t think I will be able to articulate my thoughts clearly… to sum it up I am doing a lot of self reflecting in this season and I am going to to take some time to work on becoming a better version of myself off camera.
I had a flip project that was almost ready to be revealed but unfortunately things went left at the very last step.
At this time I have officially decided to focus on looking for work and I will be pulling away from flipping furniture until further notice but hopefully you can find some inspiration from my previous projects.
Overall I am well and I appreciate the continued support. As always, your prayers are definitely welcome.

Life update | Heyyyy FRIENDS! I miss y’all so much, especially over in “mompreneur diaries” … it’s been difficult to find the energy to film episode 2, when I say ep.1 took me out!! I spent the next few days recovering. 🤭
In other news, baby girl is thriving!! She turned 2 months on the 7th and she is so active. She talks a bunch, smiles often and honestly, I’m starting to wonder if she’s teething 🤔 (the drool is out of this world).
Hubby and I are doing great, and we celebrated 7 years of marriage yesterday. ♥️
The boys are doing well, basketball season just ended for Jadon, and track is his next endeavor. Judah is hopefully going to start track soon at his elementary school. They have a small group of kids that participate every year and he loves it. 😀
Oh! I’m currently working on this beautifuuuul dresser (sneak peek on instagram at BeautyFromNeglect) and I have a color in mind that is different from anything I’ve ever done, I just can’t wait for paint day! 🤗

Up early thinking about my daughter, and all of the things that I’m grateful for. This community is definitely one of them. Thank you all for your continued love and support and for allowing this to be a safe space for me to transparently share my journey, whether it be the journey of entrepreneurship, overcoming financial hardships, or becoming a 31yo first time mommy.
My channel has definitely gone in directions that I never expected but I made a decision to just flow with it, despite algorithms or YouTube “do’s and dont’s” and I couldn’t be happier.
If you’re here, I truly believe it’s because God sent you and in my sharing I want to make him proud. It’s all a testimony of the work that He’s doing on my behalf. He has anointed my hands to create beautiful works of art and he has shown himself to be a provider, especially when it comes to my daughter, who in a few short weeks received all of her needs. I will continue to give Him the glory publicly on this platform.
