When the emotion hits, I start to think how awful it is to be an emotionally fixed person (human design). But then I observe the emotionally non fixed people and see this horror in their eyes when they face the emotion. Actually, as emotionally fixed beings we know how to deal with our emotions. We learn through time. Whether we isolate ourselves from the rest of the world until the wave lasts, we keep it quietly and go on smiling without showing what is happening within or we crack for a bit and then we shuffle it down. But have you seen the emotionally non fixed beings? It hits them like a tsunami and they have no clue what to do with all this. They are not used to such sensations as they are not a part of them, but, on top of all, they multiply the emotion because they act as a true mirror on the emotional centre. Then drama comes, bad things happen and it is difficult to forgive because it hurts them so much.
And what is the answer to all this? Connect to your heart centre and, most of all, practice some true grounding. Lots of love and happy Sunday everyone! ❤

Never give up as you surely have lots of courage and power within. Work on your inner stamina and remember that you are the key to this world becoming a better place to live.
