We are Grant and Shelby. We focus our videos on gym-related topics. We talk about how to overcome things, we do product testing and box reviews. We currently unbox and review MuscleBox, Barbell Box and Gainz Box. We have a weekly podcast called Gym Talk with Tyler Nielsen. In that podcast, we take a pre-workout and talk about life events. We have a post-show on after our workout. We are Grant Mayse and Shelby Philbrook. We try to push the envelope.
