Hi everyone!
As you might have noticed my video "Warriors of the North" has been taken down because of a copyright strike by a channel by name of Military Division since we both used the same video sequences.
Most of the clips used in his and my video are taken from other videos, namely from the specific armed forces official YouTube channels. Hence, calling this an infringement of his copyright is wrong, because none of us is the rightful copyright holder.
This whole issue just saddens me, because we all do these types of videos to inspire people and show our country's armed forces, not to get wrongful copyright strikes from one another because we use the same video clips.
Honestly, I don't know how to proceed with this copyright strike, since I don't want to get entangled in some court case.
