Fridays For Future Mumbai is an independent, autonomous and volunteer youth led climate justice movement consisting of citizens who wish to do good for the environment and people, and ensure a secure life for the present and future generations.
We support our governments in their efforts and commitments to mitigate the effects of climate change, and seek to keep the authorities accountable and transparent in decision-making, while ensuring public participation and adherence to science, to restore ecosystems and solve the climate crisis.
We demand governments to not propose or sanction environmentally destructive activities and work towards people's welfare by creating and facilitating sustainable and ecologically wise futures.
