Anthony J.- I started this channel in 2022 why you may ask? well I am still not sure lol. I am in my late 30's and have severe ADHD and find many interesting things, I love trains ,and models trains, which is where this channel started. I share my mental health and Various aspects of my life.
I have a few physical disabilities that I can no longer do extended walks or work videos. so my content will be made on the good days I have with my back, or when I go home from Drs appointments.
I ask the DR if I can go for a walk and they encourage staying as active as I can but keep things short to not upset my back so yeah ADHD off see you in the comments.
