Pellet machine instruction - operation steps:
1、Due to the long distance and bumpy logistics, please check whether the screws are loose and whether the motor and machine head are concentric after receiving the machine. After checking, adjust the screws of different sizes according to the situation. Machine wiring requirements: model 125, model 150, model 160 use 6 square copper wire. 210-260 use 10 square copper wire. 300-400 use 16 square copper wire. The wiring distance is 10 meters. If it exceeds 15 meters, a larger wire size is required.
2、Correct use of gear oil：
①The quality of hyperbolic gear oil directly affects the life of the gear. If the gear oil is not good or the viscosity is too high, no oil film will be formed between the tooth surfaces, and wear will be aggravated during use. In mild cases, it will cause gear scratches. In severe cases, the gears will be ground into a knife shape and the temperature inside the gears will be high.
②Gear oil has lubrication, cooling, rust prevention and buffering functions。
③Please give priority to using the heavy-duty vehicle hyperbolic heavy-duty high-temperature resistant gear oil produced by regular manufacturers, model 85W-90 or 85W-95. Please refer to the refueling label on the machine for specific amount of oil to be added. (Please follow the normal use of gear oil, otherwise the damage will not be covered by warranty)
3、Before using a new machine for the first time, take 10 catties of grass powder or sawdust and 2 catties of waste oil and mix them evenly. Repeat the running-in of the machine for 30 minutes before using it normally. (Run-in method: After the running-in material is ready, turn on the machine and tighten the screws on both sides with a wrench. (When adjusting the screws on both sides, adjust them evenly. For example, press one circle on the left and one circle on the right.) Wait until the rollers on both sides rotate normally, put the running-in material in handfuls, observe whether there are particles, and then adjust the tightness of the roller screws.)
4、Raw material moisture requirements and usage: Dry raw materials need to be added with water at about 8%-15%. (For example, 100 catties of feed needs to be added with 8% moisture, which means 100 catties of feed plus 8 catties of water) The specific amount should be adjusted according to the dryness and humidity of the raw materials.
5、Precautions for machine shutdown: After shutdown, if you need to use it again after a few days, take 4 catties of feed and add 1.5 catties of edible oil, mix evenly, and put it into the machine for extrusion. It is conducive to the next startup. Avoid the feed drying in the die hole after shutdown. After processing, loosen the adjustment screw to make the roller free. Clean the remaining material in the silo.
6、The warranty does not cover the machine's vulnerable parts, motor failure, gear reversal caused by improper operation, and man-made damage. Note: If the pellets are broken or loose, the crude fiber feed formula should be reduced to less than 50%. If there is no material discharge during granulation, the template should be removed, and after opening each hole, some fiber feed should be added appropriately to restart the granulation.

1. Online maintenance
Suitable for raising high-quality broilers over 5 weeks old. Breeding in the brooding house before 5 weeks of age and transferring to online breeding after 5 weeks of age is conducive to making full use of brooding equipment and accelerating the later development of broiler chicks. 3. Raising high-quality broilers in cages

Some chicken farmers use homemade chicken cages. Compared with flat raising, cage raising can increase the feeding capacity per unit area by about 100%, which effectively improves the utilization rate of the chicken house. Since chickens are restricted in the cage, competition for food is reduced, their development is neat, and their weight gain is good, which can increase the feed rate. The efficiency is 5% to 10%, and the total cost is reduced by 3% to 7%; functional feed additive. There is no contact between the chicken body and feces, which can effectively control the spread of pullomyelitis and coccidiosis; no litter is required, reducing litter expenses and dust in the house; when transferring groups and putting them out, it is convenient to catch chickens and the chicken house is easy to clean. In the past, the main disadvantage of raising broiler chickens in cages was the high incidence of breast cysts and leg diseases. 4. Grazing and feeding
