Cover art for our second 7" and 12" singles. The logo was original spray can graffiti by Josephine, inspired after seeing all the amazing graffiti on our first visit to NYC. We went over there to record backing vocals for Soft Cell's debut album Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret, at Media Sound Studio.

Vicious Pink, Brian Moss and Josephine Warden, are a techno/dance/electronica duo formed in Leeds, UK in 1981. Their first live appearance was as backing vocalists for Soft Cell. Later they performed on the band’s debut album, ‘Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret’. After becoming Soft Cell's support act, they later headlined at clubs including The Hacienda in Manchester and The Leeds Warehouse. Dave Ball produced their first two singles. Their singles include ‘My Private Tokyo’, ‘Cccan't You See’, ‘Fetish’, ‘Take Me Now’, and ‘8.15 To Nowhere’. One of the few bands in the early 80's that could be described as having a techno sound, and can be credited for coining the term, describing their music as ‘Techno’ in an interview with ‘Sounds’ in 1982. Other live shows include The Ritz NYC and Hammersmith Palais and Camden Palace in London. Their music has been used in films and TV shows. They recently released a new 2 LP vinyl album, ‘West View’ on Minimal Wave Records, links on our Channel.
