No time for a GW19 Team selection Video from me, so posting moves below with reasoning

Flekken & Strand Larsen out for Henderson and Jackson with 2 FT

Keepers

Pickford, Sels, Alisson and Henderson were the candidates

I just didn't like the fixtures for the first 2 and not a fan of premium keepers. Not against the double up with Munoz later on, view him as a Palace attacker. 4.4m spend allows more spend in attack

Forwards

Watkins was very tempting but its a short term move with minutes uncertain after the next two home games, an opinion which @FPLCruyff74 and @Hoptastats share.

Jackson could get benched vs Ipswich but he's the long term 2nd best forward so just got him in now

Thursday FPL Musings:

- Newcastle defence been poor but should improve. Seem like a case of buy low. Key players returning soon, good fixtures except 20/21 and no Europe.

- Porro 4 assists in 5 games. Previous game 5 shots, 5 chances created. This game 3 shots, 3 chances created. Monster.
- Alvarez's xG of .47 was his highest since Gameweek 6.
- Pau is a good defender to buy if shopping cheap. Good fixtures for Villa. He's got genuine goal threat. Most set pcs seem to find him. Nailed. I wonder if Villa start thinking they need to get tighter now because of their position in the league and are less loosey goosey.
- Ode crossed 0.5 Non Penlaty xGI 3 games in a row. He never did before his injury. Was definitely playing within himself.
- Adingra has started 9 Premier League matches in a row.
- Iraola's Bournemouth are 4th for xGC since Gameweek 9.
- Solanke second for goals amongst forwards in FPL. He's tip of the spear now and getting a lot more xG under Iraola than previous where he did a lot more Firmino-ish work.
- Richarlison had 6 shots. 5 Shots in the box.
- Gameweek 21 the players leave for AFCON/ Asia cup. Spurs will be without Son, Sarr and Bissouma (and Maddo and VdV who might return around then).
- NPxGI Sunday - Bowen 0.94 Alva 0.77 Rich 0.72 son 0.62
- Last 6 games Chelsea top for xG followed by BOU MCI FUL MUN ARS LIV. 4.12 xG for Che vs 9 man Spurs though.
- Best xGC last 6 - ARS BOU MCI AVL LIV
- Fulham had chances for fun vs West Ham. But Moyes said apparently they were ill.
- Foden was absolutely on it vs Luton. Seems more predatory than Julian (when playing central) who is a top finisher but not sure if its Pep instructions or his genuine hard work, he doesn't seem naturally 'predatory' while being a top finisher.
- Palmer - what a buy for Chelsea. Their best attacker and a top FPL pick. Very involved against Everton.

Cheers,
LR
