Rogelio Martinez known has “El Chaman De La Cocina” is a proud Oaxacan. His unique plates have made him famous in Los Angeles. At a very young age he knew he wanted to work with food and his passion became a reality when he immigrated to the United States. With help and support of his family in 2007 he was able to buy his first restaurant, El Mestizo in Santa Ana. In 2012 he decided he wanted to expand and now has a second restaurant in Casa Oaxaca in Culver City.
