Dancehall Aerobics™ is an authentic fitness program that combines old and new dancehall moves aswell as incorporate bootcamp movements to the vibrant riddims of the dancehall into a fun and exhilarating workout.
Each dance moved is named and simplified for everyone to enjoy and learn! We take it back to the basics with 90’s dances like “Bogle, Butterfly, whine, tick tock and move into now, 2000’s with dances like Punk rock, Move Dem, hot up, stylist moves and so on.
This workout includes cardio endurance, resistance, flexibility and coordination. We workout to a mixed play list of 90’s dancehall, popular dancehall, Soca dancehall as well as Afrobeats.
Dancehall Aerobics™ choreography is easy to caught and follow and all the moves are actual dancehall dances that are created by popular Jamaican dancers like, Mr. Bogle, Ding Dong, Mundo, Ravers Clavers just to name a few. The steps are repetitive which makes it easy for you to catch up within the routine.
