So the total l raised for my 150 miles Weighted Walk in July in support of Help For Heroes came in yesterday at £4596 ($5891)! Apparently it was the highest amount raised by an individual during this event! 😳

It was a privilege to support amputee British Army veteran Al Strudwick today, for his ascent of Pen Y Fan, the highest point of the Brecon Beacons.
Al took on this epic challenge to support his chosen charity, Celtic Warriors Wheelchair Rugby Club Cornwall.
An awesome effort by Al, and by all those who took part in supporting him! Well done everyone!

I am a former British Parachute Regiment soldier and Pathfinder. I served for 33 years, including seven operational tours of duty and I completed the UK SERE course three times.
