Perfectly Crispy Loaded Pizza Fries:
Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Shredded chicken
- Pizza sauce
- Oregano
Method:
1. Preheat the oven.
2. Bake the fries on a sheet until golden brown and crispy.
3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, shredded chicken, pizza sauce, and oregano on the cooked fries.
4. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Serve and enjoy!
Homemade Pizza Sauce:
Ingredients:
- Crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
3. Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, stirring well.
4. Stir in dried oregano, dried basil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
5. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Adjust seasonings to taste.
7. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool.
