The "Law Lectures" video series is for law students and law graduates preparing for the bar exams. They will learn about Philippine civil procedure and other procedural rules. Non-lawyers will learn about the law in practical ways through the series "Legal Tips at Your Fingertips".
Atty. Chato became a lawyer in 1988. She received her Bachelor of Laws degree in 1987 and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism degree in 1981 from the University of the Philippines. She is a bar review lecturer, MCLE lecturer, law professor, writer, content creator, litigation lawyer, and seminar/webinar speaker. She is the Associate Dean for Clinical Legal Education at Tañada-Diokno School of Law and Executive Director of the DLSU Law Clinic, De La Salle University.
A Christ-follower, she attends Victory Christian Fellowship. God blessed her with sons Jeremiah Joenard and Raphael Prospero. Her late husband, Pastor Joenard D. Gallo, continues to be her inspiration.
