For those of you who wonder, below is a description of what Tabata is:

Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that's been proven to torch serious calories quickly. In a Tabata workout, each round lasts four minutes. It requires 20 seconds of all out intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times.

I also want to let you guys know that most days she uses equipment (weights, resistance band & ball) although it is not necessary to have the equipment to do her classes. You can purchase all of it on Amazon or at the Silver Sneakers store website, which is where I got mine.

Hi Everyone! This is Tona Barnes. I want all of you to know that I will be going live on YouTube
starting tomorrow morning, April 24th at 10:30 am EST US. Go to my channel and subscribe so you can join us in our virtual fitness classes. Be prepared with water, light weights, a resistance band and a ball (if you have them) and a chair if you need it for balance. Even if you don't have equipment, we will still be moving, and that's the most important part.
