Snowbird in Tucson past few years getting out of Alaska 60 below dark. Winters harder as a senior. I do the biggest show in the world in Tucson fossil gem and mineral show end of Jan here.(Many customers meet with me here) I hand select choice material for my art that Alaska does not supply, like good opal, amber, crystals and meteorite. I know the top dealers in the world now. I trade my Alaska fossils, jade and rocks only found in Alaska as well as my art, knives, and books. Oh yea sometimes I have to use cash. Rats! Just yesterday traded fossil ivory for an $900 hunk of perfect turquoise 3 pounds big. Going to make squash blossom necklaces in his and her sets. I'll be back in Nenana April 18th (2003) I am in the mood to work on knives when I get 'home,' and cut cool rocks. I have some video to put out. I have worked on 4-5 songs! Using logic in the Mac laptop. Animal sounds blended with music. I hope to put on a you tube video track. I am considering working on some video courses on aspects of knife making, paid for, but complete on tips and aspects I know well. Oh 3 new books waiting to get in print, a new series.
