With a Grandchild on the way and nearing my 66 yr old birthday I decided to get back in shape. No one lives forever but no need to hurry it up to the bone yard either. Never took steroids so my muscles are still mine. So I'm waking them back up. And you're welcome to come along. Lets see what a natty old timer can do with just lifting Hard and Heavy and good eating. Maybe we'll both learn a thing or two.
I'm 70 now and still pushing weight. I've made gains. I've hit walls. I keep lifting hard and heavy. Have I found a Secret to the Fountain of Youth ? 🏋
