I’m happy you found me🪬I love sharing my personal practice, journey and adventures with you through my creative channel. My purpose is to live freely, fully & joyfully. I've found in yoga the space to not only recognize that intention in me but to express it's energy through the ebb and flow of the movements in my practice.
I hope my journey inspires your own & that if you find yourself called to follow along these videos, you're mindful of your own limitations, as I do not take responsibility for any injuries you may suffer by practicing unsupervised.
