Hello hello! A quick update on the 9667 issue: you guys broke the 1000 signature mark! Obviously the more they get the better, but I was told 1000 was the minimum goal they were hoping for. So, hey! That's neat!

I would like to apologize for the amount of reuploads lately. The copyright vultures have been out in force this summer and the latest issue involves the music I use, which is *supposed* to be free to use for online content, suddenly NOT being permitted to be used in such a manner. Which has been a freaking nightmare, honestly. Most of you have been extremely understanding and supportive, and I want to thank you for that as I push through this tremendously stressful period of my Youtube career.
On a more positive note: John Alexander reached out and apologized for his attempted takedown of my video on him. He explained that he thought I had reuploaded his infomercial with no alterations, and hadn't properly checked to make sure that was the case. I can believe this, honestly, since I do start that video with just the ad to set the stage for the commentary. Either way, I don't believe that there will be any further issues from him.

So, as ya'll know, lately I've been dealing with some copyright issues. As it stands, those have been resolved but today I got an *incredible* email from Youtube. Apparently, John Alexander, one of the real estate scammers I covered, filed a DMCA takedown request for my video about him.
And Youtube.
Told.
Him.
No.
Which, given what I've been dealing with lately, is a pleasant surprise! And I thought you all would find that amusing. I don't know if he plans to take further action, but I'll keep you posted if he does.

Good news, everyone! Youtube has finally restored the copyright struck video and removed one of the strikes from the channel! Still waiting on the other one, but I'm confident that will be reversed soon as well! The "What the Heck is Up With Tank Engines!?" video is up again for everyone to enjoy!
However, as a precaution and since I actually have a CHANCE TO DO IT now, I've gone and just removed that few seconds of offending footage so there's no chance of another claim. For reference: it was only the short bit in the beginning where I mention that Garratts are tank engines. Yes, really. That's seriously it. It doesn't effect the video in an overwhelming way, so it's whatever. This is also the reason I had to reupload the "What the Heck is Up with Garratts?" video because that one got struck for the same reason for the same footage. Good times!
But, yeah, hopefully the other strike will be reversed in the coming days and things can get back on track around here. Get it? On TRACK!? HA HA HA HA... ... ... Okay, bye!

My good friend Will, who collabed with me a while back, just released an awesome documentary on the Tea and Sugar train down in Austalia. Check it out, if you'd like! watch video on watch page

Due to the whole copyright mess, I'll be making posts about all new video uploads here. I've noticed a handful of you are seeing these, but not my uploads. This should help alleviate that issue. Thanks, all! watch video on watch page
