Our staff includes over 150 full-time members and we are all here to promote the academic success and personal development of our students. We utilize assessment regularly to provide insight into our students' satisfaction, thoughts, feelings and experiences. We are also very interested in understanding what our students learn while they live in our residence halls. We review all of this information to gauge program effectiveness and we use all of this feedback for program development and improvement.
