Founded in 2016, Hand Over Hand LLC is an Educational Services company providing Individualized Learning Instruction, Homeschool Learning & Related Services in Special Education Teacher Support Services, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy with Blended Learning Options to individualize the needs of students.
Hand Over Hand’s Individualized Educational Program is led by myself, Danielle Smerina. I offer my expertise as a New York State Certified Principal and Learning Specialist to customize learning programs for students in school aged students from Pre-K through 12th grade. I collaborate with all service providers to streamline skills and strategies
to reach the maximum potential of your child’s learning.
