SPRINTS (@SprintsMusic) have just returned from a sold-out and extremely well-received U.S. tour and are releasing "Trickle Down" ahead of their European run. Listen now and learn more here: sprints.lnk.to/ATIOYD.
On the new single, the band says: "’Trickle Down’ is about watching systems fail in slow motion, housing crisis, rising costs, culture wars, climate collapse, and being told to stay patient. It’s the frustration of a generation stuck in “wait mode” while everything burns."

Lala Lala (@LalaLalaVID) has always made her music in response to an itchiness to always be moving, but as she developed a burgeoning desire to settle, she found the surprise realization that steadiness can beget creativity. That evolutionary tension is what fuels much of her new album as Lala Lala, Heaven 2. You can snag the Loser Edition vinyl at yr local record store or at the Sub Pop Mega Mart online. Can you be DIY and have good SEO? 🤔
Can one earn progressive cultural cachet and hard cash at the same time? 🧐
Is art funded by tech industry “culture grants” kind of a bummer, authentically gorpcore or ironically punk? 🤨
For Telehealth (@telehealth.sounds), the answer to these questions aren’t yes or no, but rather, an untapped gap in the music market waiting for a band visionary and unhinged enough to bet on the spread 🤑 Trauma-informed, results-driven, and eminently danceable, 🟢Green World Image 🟢 is ready to be preordered at the Sub Pop Mega Mart.
Catch this road-tested corporation in a city near you and enjoy the video for "Cool Job" now! Learn more here: music.subpop.com/telehealth_greenworldimage

Directly from Spencer Krug: I’ll Believe In Anything (2026 Solo Piano Version), out today on Sub Pop and Pronounced Kroog.
I’ve made a few different solo versions of this song over the years. This is easily the best one, second only to Wolf Parade’s rendition.
Twenty plus years after the song was first written, time and age bestow their pearls:
Change that key, friend, so you don’t have to scream to reach the high notes in a room otherwise vibrating with just the piano’s soft plunk.
Tweak those lyrics, bud, so you’re not forced to sing the word ‘drips’ simply because it sort of rhymes with the word ‘hit.’
Slow down that middle section, chum, so you can stop vocally jazz-handing toward the bustout in the “da-da-duh-da-da-da” style of a cartoon vaudevillian twirling his cane.
And have some actual fun on that piano.
I feel like I finally have a solo version of the song that I can bring to my solo sets, that I can sincerely stand behind, because it pays proper tribute to the Wolf Parade version—heartfelt, grandiose, cathartic, and a joy to play. I’m reminded of feelings I had two decades ago when first discovering what the song wanted to be.
Written and performed by Spencer Krug
Recorded and mixed at Risque Disque Records by Shilo Preshyon, with assistance from Jordan Koop and Sofia Miller
Mastered by Harris Newman at Grey Market Mastering

Founded by Bruce Pavitt and Jonathan Poneman in 1988, Sub Pop Records is a medium-sized independent record label based in Seattle, WA. With early releases by Nirvana, Mudhoney, Soundgarden, and TAD, the label is often associated with something called "the grunge movement." Exploitation of this association has frequently proven financially fruitful. Later years saw record album releases from such moderately-to-somewhat-well-known artists as: Sebadoh, Sunny Day Real Estate, The Murder City Devils, Hot Hot Heat, The Shins, Iron and Wine, The Postal Service, Band of Horses, David Cross, Flight of the Conchords, Fleet Foxes, Beach House, Shabazz Palaces, and Father John Misty, among many other very talented and deserving artists whose managers will be contacting us shortly about inclusion in the preceding list.
