My name is Sid and I LOVE to dance! In 2010 I started teaching Dance fitness and it is a passion that I hope to never give up! My dance fitness journey started in a Zumba class and I was hooked immediately! I was a Zumba instructor for a couple of years and then I created my own format that I call Dance Party Hustle! This follow along style class is set to fresh new hip hop / pop music and is all about having fun and adding your own style. The routines are easy to follow and will get your heart pumping! Remember this when you are dancing along: If you don't like what I am doing, if you don't know what I am doing or it hurts, then make up something else and freestyle! The most important thing is that you are moving your body and enjoying yourself.
