When I first started defending criminal cases in 1993, there were no tools to give me a basic understanding of criminal defense. Sure, I have a Juris Doctorate degree, and I have a Masters' degree (humble brag, sorry) -- but big criminal procedure & criminal law books don't equip you for the real world. So, I'm now at that point in life where I want to start giving away some knowledge, the stuff I wish I had access to back in the day. My goal here is that you learn something you won't find anywhere else. My goal is to give you truths that some law firm sales person won't tell you as they're trying to make you a new file with your name on it. After all, who's going to tell you what the heck a scoresheet is? I am. None of this is going viral, its really boring stuff to about 99% of you, but for that 1% of folks out there whose future hangs in the balance of a scoresheet, I've got a video to walk you through it. I hope you learn something and if you do, mission accomplished!
