Almost 1 in 4 people that I talk to still think the market is going to crash soon.
They think since prices are so high, there's no way they can go any higher.
But in reality, this is the biggest thing holding people back.
And once you look past the clickbait news headlines, you will see that there is no sign of a crash coming anytime soon.
See, most people feel that if they hang on and wait just a bit longer, interest rates and prices will drop substantially.
But believe it or not, waiting may actually be hurting you more than it is helping you.
Because in reality, you're not the only one who is waiting...
In fact, inventory is 35% higher now than it was this time last year which means fewer homes are selling and you actually have options to choose from, unlike in recent years.
And you won't have to deal with the headache of paying over asking price or naming your first born child after the seller just to have a shot at getting your offer accepted.
So while yes, you might pay a little more now than you would have a year ago, if you wait another year, you might pay even more...
What I am trying to say is...
There will never be a perfect time to buy or sell a house.
But if you wait, you might just miss out on YOUR perfect time.
