Life lessons!
An intentional life is a reviewed life!
Here's few lessons that I learned from 2024! Every quarter and at the end of they year with more detail I take a look at my goals and my dream activation plan (or life plan) and figure out what happened! Regardless if I hit the goal or not I can learn from the success or the failure. So I take a moment, ask myself what went well, what didn't go well and what can i learn.
This analysis is typically a game changer for me in the new season! In 2023 I learned that I couldn't do things alone and that lesson led me to get a trainer! Now I learned a new lesson 2024 (nutrition is key LOL) but I was able to heal some off and on pain I still had in my knee from an old injury, increased my fitness, and gained some muscles! LOL
Can't wait to see what 2024's lessons do for me in 2025!

HAPPY 58TH INDEPENDENCE DAY BARBADOS!!!!
Though I was born here, my parents made sure I knew where we came from and I am so thankful for the heritage that runs through my blood.
Here's just a glimpse of what I get to call home as well!
1. 🇧🇧 2 blue stripes for the ocean and sky, 1 gold for our beautiful beaches, the black broken trident representing the breaking of colonial rule and independence from the British empire
2. Can't remember which beach but I believe that was one in st. Philip
3 chefette the place I go as so as I touch ground 😂
4 the view from my grandmother's home in st Micheal
5 the joy I feel every time I get to soak up the beauty of Barbados 😍😍😍
