It's that time of year when people are interested in outdoor entering ideas so I wanted to share this great deal on an outdoor fire pit! (Not sponsored)
I recently got one from Costco that I'm really happy with, and they just dropped the price by $50! If you don't have a Costco membership, there's just a 5% fee, which comes to about $20, and they offer free shipping.

Assembling it was pretty straightforward too. The only thing you need to do is put together the propane storage box and hook up the line. It took me maybe 10 minutes, and I was good to go.

The only downside for me was that the line is only 10ft long. I would have preferred a 15ft one, but it still works fine!

From ordering to delivery was 6 days!

These past five months have been an absolute rollercoaster, and I'm eager to fill you in on all the excitement happening behind the scenes and what's on the horizon for our channel. So get comfortable this is a long one.

So, remember when we finally scored that dream property with the spacious shop? Well, hold onto your hats because it's been one wild journey since then. With the insane home prices in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we had to roll up our sleeves and tackle a major fixer-upper to make our dream a reality.

From rewiring to reimagining the shop, from patching up busted pipes after the freeze to weathering Texas-sized storms causing flooding, home repairs like the AC system going out, it's been a marathon of renovations - talk about unexpected challenges!

Now, here's the kicker: all this action meant going months without any furniture income coming in while pouring everything we did have into the purchase, move, shop renovation, and house maintenance. But hey, with a little luck and a lot of perseverance, we've been blessed with some amazing deals along the way. Shoutout to the universe for having our backs!

Now, onto the good stuff! In this crazy sprint to get caught up, we've ended up with a TON of footage waiting to be edited and uploaded!! More crazy furniture builds, Tiny Home (Guest house) Makeover, Enclosing the barn and adding concrete floors (which was a whole mess of craziness), DIY 2x6 Raised Garden Beds for my daughter's birthday that I will show you how I built for $60 each, Building enclosed stalls for the Rams, Guest Bathroom Budget Industrial Makeover, Budget Outdoor Pergola 8-person swing set with a firepit, that motorcycle trailer you saw in the last video was going to be scrapped and me being me I saved it and gave it a Rat Rod makeover and sold it for $1500! These are just the videos I need time to edit and get posted for y'all! Then we have many more plans for upcoming projects and a whole barn full of furniture waiting to be given a second life so even more content to come!!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support over the past three years. While YouTube has not been exactly a profitable venture, it has opened doors for me that I never would have imagined without your incredible support.

Pretty wild to think just a few years ago I was a personal trainer, that single choice to pick up a dresser off the curb and see if I could flip it along with COVID closing my gym turned into me doing projects like a tiny home makeover and selling wild furniture to CEOs on the other side of the country. Many of you were there in the early days, helping me purchase tools and gear to kickstart this journey. And now, thanks to this channel, my custom builds are reaching homes all across the U.S. It's truly humbling to see how far we've come together. Your generosity knows no bounds, especially when it comes to supporting kids, families in need, and our beloved dog rescue efforts. I am still actively involved with Apollo Rescue and we just started fostering another mastiff that wasn't doing so well at the shelter. He is a black Cane Corso with bright yellow eyes. We will share his story soon.

Also Speaking of helping kids, for those who have been with us for a while, you may remember the incredible story of the baby who was left on my single mother friend's doorstep by the state with nothing but a broken car seat and a blanket. Thanks to your overwhelming support, we were able to rally together and raise nearly $4000 to provide for this little one's needs. I'm thrilled to report that the baby is thriving – no side effects from the drugs she was exposed to, and she's happy and healthy. Even more heartwarming is the fact that her mother has been clean for almost a year now and is actively in her life and trying to be a good mother.

The impact that this channel, and all of you, have had on me, my family, and the lives of others is truly indescribable. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
